UNC quarterback Sam Howell focused on different record for Tar Heels in 2020
Posted Dec 26, 2019
UNC quarterback Sam Howell broke the FBS true freshman record with 35 passing touchdowns; a total he should add to Friday against Temple in the Military Bowl. That was part of a 3,347-yard passing season that saw him lead the Tar Heels to the postseason. A win against the Owls would give Mack Brown a winning season to build on entering 2020.
