Ex-UNC coach no longer feeling blue

"I wanted to come back as a better leader, a better manager," former UNC coach says. "I felt comfortable with my X and O skills, the technical side of the game. But I think the science that I needed to improve was the art of coaching. The chemistry, the communication, the delegation, all those types of things.
