Sam Howell among the top 10 college football quarterbacks returning in 2020

UNC quarterback Sam Howell played his true freshman season from start to finish and showed off his rocket-launcher of an arm. Howell’s season has made him a top 10 candidate in the 2022 draft class. PFF’s Lead Draft Analyst Mike Renner listed him as the seventh-best from the 80 quarterbacks to play in bowl games as far as pro potential goes.
