Michigan Transfer Ariel Young Joins UNC Women's Basketball Program

Ariel Young, a wing from Tallahassee, Fla., has joined the North Carolina women's basketball team, coach Courtney Banghart announced Tuesday. Young transferred to UNC from the University of Michigan, where she played during the 2018-19 season. Young will begin practicing with the Tar Heels on Wednesday, the first day of spring semester classes.
