North Carolina: With quarterback Sam Howell (3,641 yards and 38 TDs) in his second year on campus, Mack Brown’s team should be in the thick of the race to win the ACC’s Coastal Division next fall. Howell’s supporting cast is led by 1,000-yard rusher Michael Carter at running back, and a pair of 1,000-yard receivers in Dyami Brown and Dazz Newsome.
