Quentin Thomas is still hobbled by a stress fracture in the middle toe of his left foot and is unsure if he will play tonight for North Carolina against Saint Louis in the Smith Center at 9 p.m. Thomas, a 6-3 sophomore point guard, has missed the Tar Heels' past two games because of the injury.
