Quentin Thomas is still hobbled by a stress fracture in the middle toe of his left foot and is unsure if he will play tonight for North Carolina against Saint Louis in the Smith Center at 9 p.m. Thomas, a 6-3 sophomore point guard, has missed the Tar Heels' past two games because of the injury. He said he's still experiencing pain in the foot when he puts pressure on it in practice.
