Things are trending up for the UNC football program after a seven-win season, and a victory in the 2020 Military Bowl. Three UNC football signees — Josh Downs, Desmond Evans, and Kedrick Bingley-Jones — made the latest Rivals100 Recruit Ranking for 2020.
