The UNC women’s lacrosse team will begin the 2020 season ranked No. 1 in the Inside Lacrosse Preseason Top 20 rankings released Friday. Coming off the 11th Final Four appearance in program history and a fourth straight ACC Tournament title, UNC received 11 of the 12 first-place votes and is primed for a big year behind Jamie Ortega and Katie Hoeg.
