It may be National Signing Day for college football programs around the nation, but North Carolina didn’t welcome any new signatures Wednesday because the Tar Heels filled up their class during the early signing period in December. So, Mack Brown didn’t hold a press conference, but he was available to speak about his program, recruiting and more.
