Austin Proehl Scores First Touchdown in XFL History

The brand new XFL got started Saturday with a game in Washington D.C. between the D.C. Defenders and the Seattle Dragons. Although the Defenders got on the board first with a field goal, the Dragons answered with the first touchdown in league history–a 14-yard pass from quarterback Brandon Silvers to former North Carolina wide receiver Austin Proehl.
