“Armando’s very talented and he’s got a lot of ability,” ESPN analyst Jay Bilas said Friday during a media availability in Chapel Hill. “It’s just not been refined yet. If he puts his time in the development process, he’s going to be a great player. He’s got to improve his footwork, his finishing, his skill set as a back-to-the-basket player, which he’s fully capable of doing.”
