Top 2021 Basketball Reclassification Candidates

Indecisiveness about reclassifying hasn’t stopped 4-star point guard Carter Whitt from investigating his college options. The four-star junior has been one of the more productive Tar Heel State ballplayers, which is why NC State invested so much into his recruitment. He will head to Virginia Tech this weekend and could visit Ohio State before the season ends. (Rivals.com)
