After the Virginia Cavaliers last-second win over the North Carolina Tar Heels, Roy Williams mentioned a moment he shared with UVA senior big man Mamadi Diakite. Going through the handshake line, Diakite took extra time with the UNC coach. “Diakite came over at the end of the game and said something to me that was very nice,” said Williams. (247 Sports)
