UNC basketball legend Charlie Scott, the first black scholarship athlete at Carolina, was featured Monday on ACC Network's "All Access with Carolina Basketball." Scott, the 1970 ACC Athlete of the Year, was a two-time consensus All-American, NBA champion, three-time NBA All-Star, and is a member of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
