UNC basketball legend , the first black scholarship athlete at Carolina, was featured Monday on ACC Network's "All Access with Carolina Basketball." Scott, the 1970 ACC Athlete of the Year, was a two-time consensus All-American, NBA champion, three-time NBA All-Star, and is a member of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
