Scottie Rose Growney Earns National, ACC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player Of The Week Honors


Coming off Saturday's win over Maryland, North Carolina midfielder Scottie Rose Growney was named the IWLCA Division I and ACC Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday. Growney, from Berwyn, Pa., scored a career-high six goals in UNC's 19-6 win over the then-No. 3 Terrapins. Through four games this season, Growney has scored 13 goals. (GoHeels.com)
