Coming off Saturday's win at Virginia, North Carolina defender Emma Trenchard was tabbed as the IWLCA Division I and Atlantic Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday. Trenchard tallied 11 draw controls in UNC's 18-12 win over the then-No. 7 Cavaliers, seven more than her previous career high of four, set on three occasions. (GoHeels.com)
