Deja Kelly named Gatorade Texas Girls Basketball Player of the Year


had already been recognized as one of the best girls high school basketball players in America, selected for the McDonald’s All-American Game and the Jordan Brand Classic. On Friday, the North Carolina signee was recognized as the best player in Texas. Kelly, a 5-9 senior guard, was named the Gatorade Texas Girls Basketball Player of the Year. (Dallas Morning News)
