5-star forward Nation Williams incudes UNC Women's Basketball in top-5, schedules visit

Nation Williams, a 5-star forward in the 2027 women's basketball recruiting class, has included UNC among her top 5 schools. The 6-foot-2 prospect from Lone Peak High School in Highland, Utah has listed the Tar Heels alongside Duke, Notre Dame, UCLA, and Iowa as her finalists and has four official visits remaining after already completing a trip to Iowa City.

Williams is a consensus top-10 basketball recruit nationally and a gold medalist with USA Basketball at the 2025 FIBA U16 AmeriCup, making her one of the most coveted prospects Courtney Banghart and her staff have pursued in the 2027 cycle. (Dushawn London)
