David Noel scored six of his 14 points during a decisive run following Roy Williams' tirade, and freshman Tyler Hansbrough added 15 points and 11 rebounds to help North Carolina remain unbeaten with a 83-66 victory over UC Santa Barbara on Friday night. (Lexington Dispatch)
