Courtney Banghart: Lessons in Leadership

Courtney Banghart’s energy is an espresso shot to UNC women’s basketball after 33-year head coach and Hall-of-Famer Sylvia Hatchell stepped down last year. Players needed a charismatic leader. Banghart was celebrating 25-win seasons at Princeton, a program she led to its first NCAA tournament in 2009-10 and returned seven more times.
