Tar Heels start ‘new normal’ after COVID-19 outbreak, football style

The uncertainty of when college football players may be able to return to campus and resume training has essentially wiped out hopes for a normal spring practice schedule. But North Carolina football coach Mack Brown said that there has been a proposal made to the NCAA to grant extra practices this summer, if the coronavirus pandemic is contained.
