Going by North Carolina's original calendar, Mack Brown's Tar Heels would be three practices into spring football. That's clearly not the case. Coach Brown and his staff are improvising at the moment, which includes meeting with the media. Welcome to the new normal. "First, can everybody hear me?" asks Brown as he opens and straightens his iPad.
