March 24, 1991: UNC beats Temple 75-72 in East Rutherford to advance to Dean Smith's first Final Four since 1982. It was dicey there at the end, as Temple great Mark Macon had the final shot at the buzzer to tie it - but it missed, and UNC overcame John Chaney's tricky matchup zone. Rick Fox led the way with 19 points, seven rebounds and five assists.
