March Madness is canceled for 2020, but past iconic moments in NCAA tournament history live on. One of the most notable highlights resurfaced Saturday afternoon via Twitter, when James Worthy posterized Eric "Sleepy" Floyd during UNC's win over Georgetown in the 1982 national championship.
