In 2019-20, North Carolina Wrestling posted one of its top seasons in program history. 0 – The Tar Heels had zero losses in ACC duals from both Austin O'Connor and Kennedy Monday, going 9-0 in the ACC. 1 – Austin O'Connor was ranked the preseason No. 1 at 149 pounds – the first preseason top-ranked honor for Carolina in the Coleman Scott era.
