Louisville commit Jay Scrubb declares for the NBA Draft

The nation's No. 1 Junior College prospect and Louisville commit Jay Scrubb is declaring for the NBA Draft. Scrubb, a 6-foot-6, 205-pound wing, committed to Louisville in mid-September, but his plan, according to his father, was to always test the NBA waters and go through the process. That process is likely going to be delayed due to the coronavirus. (Inside Carolina)
