Sam Howell's Fourth-Quarter QB Grade Best in the Nation

According to Pro Football Focus, UNC freshman Sam Howell's fourth-quarter grade of 92.8 was the best for any quarterback in the country during the 2019 season. It is just one of the many amazing numbers and accomplishments put together by Howell in his first season. Howell completed 259-of-422 passes for 3,641 yards and 38 passing touchdowns.
