UNC QB Sam Howell finding ways to improve during outbreak

Even without spring practice or being able to work out with teammates, North Carolina quarterback Sam Howell is finding plenty of ways to improve in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. Howell has continued to build on his record-setting freshman season through daily video meetings with UNC offensive coordinator and quarterback coach Phil Longo.
