Noel's 3 bails out Tar Heels

As North Carolina's most experienced returning player, David Noel said he would give his teammates whatever they needed this season. He had no way of knowing that they would need so much so soon. Noel made the game-winning shot Saturday night, hitting a 3-pointer from the top of the key with 1.8 seconds remaining to lift UNC past Gardner-Webb 83-80.
