Mack Brown has already assembled a 12-player class rated among the top 10 in the nation so far. Eleven of those are in-state recruits, including Charlotte quarterback Drake Maye, who Brown flipped from Alabama. The Tar Heels need to bolster their linebacker corps, and that’s where RaRa Dillworth from Kernersville Glenn High jumps to the head of the class.
