Sam Howell alone qualifies UNC for a school 'getting the most out of its 2019 class' but also factoring in from that group on the defensive side in year one were CB Storm Duck (37 tackles, 2 INT, 5 PBU with 9 starts), S Don Chapman (2 INT with 4 starts), and DL Tomari Fox (27 tackles with 2 starts), while OL Asim Richards is No. 1 on the depth chart entering 2020.
