Kerwin Walton sets announcement date

Four-star shooting guard Kerwin Walton will announce his college decision April 25. The Tar Heels are one of six finalists, and a prediction from Rivals.com’s Eric Bossi has Walton picking UNC. It’s worth noting that the Tar Heels just freed up a scholarship when Brandon Huffman announced his transfer. Walton is the No. 97 ranked player in the 2020 class.
