The decision was set to be posted around 4:40 in the afternoon. Christopher Holliday repeatedly refreshed his screen, hoping each reload would bring up a new page. At 4:50, Holliday refreshed his screen once more, but this one took longer to load. A new screen appeared. It read: “Congratulations! We are delighted to extend you the offer of a Morehead-Cain Scholarship.”
