UNC Basketball has something to celebrate. Tuesday was the 17th anniversary of Roy Williams returning to his alma mater and resurrecting a program that had sputtered. How about his stats since coming home: 9 ACC regular-season titles (1st in ACC), 4 NCAA titles game appearances (1st in Division I), 3 national championships (tied for 1st in Division I).
