North Carolina football commits Gavin Blackwell and Drake Maye moved up significantly, and seven UNC commits now sit inside the Top247 rankings: Blackwell, Maye, plus Power Echols, Kamarro Edmonds, Keeshawn Silver, Gabe Stephens, and Eli Sutton.
