Chazz Surratt's Decision to Return to UNC Instead of Turning Pro

Even with NFL scouts salivating over his freakish athleticism, North Carolina linebacker Chazz Surratt didn’t allow the rumor mill much time to ramp up as he announced his intentions to return for his senior season in Chapel Hill on Jan. 6. Surratt spoke to the media about his decision for the first time on Wednesday (Video) during an online press conference.
