UNC Offensive Lineman Avery Jones Enters Transfer Portal

North Carolina redshirt freshman offensive lineman Avery Jones has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, a source told Inside Carolina on Friday afternoon. A 6-foot-4, 305-pound offensive guard from Havelock, N.C., Jones signed to UNC as part of the 2018 recruiting class. Jones was ranked the No. 258 overall player in 2018 and the No. 13 offensive guard.
