Pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals Andrew Miller is like many other MLB players right now. He is trying to find ways to fill the time in quarantine and find ways to stay game ready. And staying game ready for the MLB without gyms or teammates is easier said than done. Miller has had to get creative when working out at home to help him stay in shape.
