Scouting R.J. Davis: Ball Skills

North Carolina has had two consecutive one-and-done point guards, and may have a third in Caleb Love. One downside to that is obvious as it produces a lack of continuity within the roster and a reliance on inexperience. That's in part why the addition of R.J. Davis to UNC's incoming class was so important. Is Davis another Joel Berry-type player?
