After Jace Ruder was hurt in the fourth game last season, Sam Howell was North Carolina's only healthy scholarship quarterback. It was a scary situation for UNC's coaching staff. But not anymore. Freshman Jacolby Criswell, a 4-star recruit from Arkansas, enrolled in January and was able to make a strong impression before school was closed. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
