North Carolina linebacker Chazz Surratt entertained the possibility of entering the 2020 NFL Draft following the season, and his freakish athleticism would have certainly turned heads at the combine. However, the opportunity for another year of seasoning at linebacker was a determining factor in order to boost his draft grade ahead of the 2021 draft. (Inside Carolina)
