The most significant mover on this list is North Carolina signee Caleb Love, who jumped from No. 23 overall up to No. 6 in the country. Love’s progression over the past two years is notable. As a junior he moved to point guard and he’s progressed into one of the best in the country. Love has an impressive blend of physical tools, playmaking ability, and scoring.
