Jefferson Boaz prepares to play football for UNC after decorated three-sport career at East Surry

East Surry senior Jefferson Boaz played football, basketball, and baseball during his four years of high school. Boaz elected to follow his father’s footsteps to play college football at UNC for coach Mack Brown. He committed to the Tar Heels last June and two of his high school teammates, Stephen Gosnell and Landon Stevens, will be joining him in Chapel Hill.
