Posted Nov 10, 2005
The North Carolina women's basketball program signed two players to national letters of intent on Wednesday, the first day of the early signing period. Jessica Breland from Kelford, N.C., and Trinity Bursey from Sanford, N.C., will be freshmen on the 2006-07 squad. "We're the University of North Carolina and it's nice to have what I consider the two best players in the state becoming Tar Heels," UNC coach Sylvia Hatchell said.
