Recently, comedy legend, Hollywood actor, and Saturday Night Live alum Will Ferrell told the Dan Patrick Show that he once traveled from his home in California to Chapel Hill to take part in Dean Smith’s basketball camp. There he saw none other than Michael Jordan scrimmage. Ferrell's parents, Roy Lee and Betty Kay, were both natives of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.
