Dre Bly reveals the secret behind UNC Football's recruiting success

North Carolina cornerbacks coach Dre Bly said that the Tar Heels' in-state recruiting success starts at the top and trickles down. "It makes your job a whole lot easier when you're going into a school and you're working for a man of such caliber as Mack Brown. I think when you connect all the dots, that's been the reason why we've been so successful."
