Former UNC All-American Joe Seivold Elected To National Lacrosse Hall Of Fame

Joe Seivold, one of the all-time great lacrosse players in UNC history, was elected to the U.S. Lacrosse National Lacrosse Hall of Fame, announced Thursday. A four-time All-America midfielder for the Tar Heels from 1983-87, Seivold becomes the second member of his family in the Hall of Fame, joining his namesake father, Joseph, who was inducted in 1979.
