German national team extends coach Henrik Rödl’s contract

The German Basketball Federation has extended national team coach Henrik Rödl's contract for one more year due to the postponement of the Tokyo Olympic Games to 2021. Germany will compete in the re-scheduled Olympic Qualifiers that will be held from June 29 to July 4, 2021. Rödl has been the coach of the German national team since 2016.
