Mack Brown's first recruiting decision on the job may prove to be his best. The day Brown was announced as UNC's football coach - on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018 - he set his sights on 4-star Charlotte quarterback Sam Howell. That move continues to pay huge dividends.
