For today's version of 'This Day in Recent Carolina Baseball History' we go back to 2008 and 2013 for a regional championship win starring Mark Fleury and a memorable rain delay, and a winner's bracket win starring over Towson. On June 1, 2008 it looked like the Tar Heels were going to be playing Elon in the regional championship game in Cary. (GoHeels.com)
